Engagements
Consulting work begins only after written confirmation of scope, timeline, and fees. Deliverables, access requirements, and confidentiality are defined in that confirmation. We do not process payments through this website.
Intellectual property
Site design, writing, and materials remain property of platformnode unless an engagement agreement assigns specific deliverables to you. You retain ownership of your product data and existing analytics configurations.
Limitation of liability
Application analytics advice supports product decisions; it does not guarantee commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by Korean law, liability for website use is limited to direct damages arising from proven negligence, excluding indirect or consequential loss.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes are subject to the courts with jurisdiction over Gyeongju-si, Gyeongsangbuk-do, unless mandatory consumer rules require otherwise.
Changes
We may update these terms by posting a revised version on this page with a new date. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
