Information we collect
When you submit the contact form we receive your name, email, optional service interest, and message. We may also collect technical logs such as IP address and browser type when you visit the site, and cookie preferences if you interact with the cookie banner.
Why we use it
We use contact details to respond to enquiries and prepare engagement proposals. Technical logs help maintain security and diagnose site issues. Optional analytics cookies, if accepted, help us understand aggregate site usage.
Legal bases
Where applicable under Korean privacy law, we process contact data to take steps at your request before a contract, and technical data for legitimate interests in operating a secure website. Cookie-based analytics run only with your consent when you accept non-essential cookies.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may use processors for email or hosting who act on our instructions. We disclose information when required by law.
Retention
Enquiry messages are kept for up to twenty-four months unless an engagement continues and records must be retained longer. Server logs are rotated on a shorter operational schedule.
Your rights
You may request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of personal information we hold, subject to legal exceptions. Contact us using the details above. You may also lodge a complaint with the Personal Information Protection Commission of Korea.
International transfers
If tools we use store data outside Korea, we take steps appropriate under applicable law to protect that information.
Updates
We may revise this policy and will post the new date on this page.
